On February 7th, 2019, police found a guitar pick outside Summer's residence. This is the same day as the suspected burglary. We can infer that the person who broke into Summer's house likely dropped it. Pay special attention to the design on the guitar pick. Does it look familiar?

The design on the guitar pick matches the logo on the Incident Report from "Rising Phoenix Youth Program". Read the incident report carefully. Based on this report, there are two potential people who could have plausibly broken into Summer's house (and left the guitar pick).

Either Dante or Luka likely broke into Summer's house. They were in a Rising Phoenix Youth Program guitar class together (so it makes sense that they would have a guitar pick with the Rising Phoenix logo). Can you rule either of them out? Check the Offender Record evidence that was included in this envelope.

The offender record shows that Dante was in prison when the suspected burglary happened, so he couldn't have broken in Summer's house. That leaves Luka. Luka broke in to Summers's house.
